The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring. I found the staff to be very friendly, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I wasn't thrilled with the dark rooms that had very few windows. The dining experience could also use some improvement as they ran out of breakfast items one day. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but there are definitely some areas that need work.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff was very nice, and the location in the heart of Manaus was convenient with great views of the river. However, the rooms were a bit dark and felt outdated. The dining options were disappointing at times, especially during breakfast. Overall, I felt it was decent for the price, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The rooms, while clean and equipped with necessary amenities like air conditioning and a fridge, felt a bit dark and lacked natural light. The service was friendly but had some hiccups, like forgetting our TV remote. Overall, it wasn't bad for the price, but there were definitely areas for improvement, especially with the dining options.

6.4/10
I stayed at this hotel in the heart of Manaus, and while it has its charms, there are definitely some drawbacks. The location is fantastic, right in the bustling shopping district with a great view of the city and the Negro River. However, the rooms were a bit dark and could use more light, and the dining experience left something to be desired with a lack of flavor in the food. Overall, it’s decent for a short stay, but not ideal in every aspect.

The rooms were quite dark as they had very little natural light and felt like they were used to belong to a junior secretary or something. However, they were equipped with air conditioning, a phone, and a small fridge.
