The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring. I found the staff to be very friendly, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I wasn't thrilled with the dark rooms that had very few windows. The dining experience could also use some improvement as they ran out of breakfast items one day. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff was very nice, and the location in the heart of Manaus was convenient with great views of the river.
